What are webhooks & Service User/Account? How many webhook URLs can a user have per account?
Ans:
1. For service accounts, you have the option to create a new user within your organization, designate it as an admin, and utilize it as a service account.
2. Currently, we don't have a separate environment accessible outside of Production. Consequently, you can only configure one webhook at a time. If you need to transmit data to a distinct environment on your end, you'll need to update the webhook address. However, please be aware that this data will still be considered Production data from our perspective. Therefore, you may need to manage data deletion on your end.
3. Are you designated as an admin within your organization or are you a regular user? Admins have the capability to set up webhooks. If you're not an admin, please reach out to the admin within your organization, and they can update your account accordingly. Initially, we limit the number of admins during kickoff to ensure permissions are not excessive. However, there isn't a strict limit on the number of admins allowed.
4. Each organization is allocated 1 webhook URL.
