When a bill is submitted through the Files module in the Dashboard, it will not be associated with a credential ID. This is expected behavior
Why this happens:
The Files module allows you to manually upload utility bills to your account. However, since this process is independent of the automated data collection via credentials, there is no credential ID tied to these uploads.
Automating the process:
To enable automation and allow our system to fetch bills on your behalf, please submit the credentials for the account in the Dashboard under the correct provider. Once the credential is successfully linked and validated, future bills will be collected automatically and associated with a credential ID.
