Not all the statements pulled for an Account/Statement missing for a specific Meter or Account

Review the checklist:
Ensure the bill is available on the site for download.
Confirm if the reported account is present on the site.
Search for accounts in the console using the Credential ID and verify the completeness of the fetched list of accounts and statements.
If all checks pass but the statements are still not fetched:
Submit a Zendesk ticket with Ticket Classification = Missing Bill and include the following details:
Credential ID.
Account number.
Statement Date of the missing invoice.
