1. Confirm the availability of expected data. Note that if an account has records for only a few months, retrieval will be limited to those months.
2. Verify if History bills can be accessed and downloaded from the website.
If no issues are found in the above checklist, but the account statements are still not retrieved, create a Zendesk ticket labeled "History Gap" for further investigation. Provide the following details:
1. Credential ID.
2. Account number.
3. Statement Date of the missing invoice.
4. Include a screenshot of the History Bill Page from the website for navigation assistance.
