Before raising a query regarding credentials with the status tagged as "ACTION_REQUIRED," "CONNECTION_FAILURE," login failures, or issues related to security questions, please ensure the following checks are completed:
-
Verify Credentials: Confirm that the username and password for the affected Credential ID are correct and up-to-date. Incorrect credentials are a common cause of login failures.
-
Account Status Check: Ensure that the account is active and accessible on the provider’s website. An inactive or suspended account may prevent successful login attempts.
- Check for Common Errors: Confirm that there are no typos or spaces in the submitted credentials.
-
Security Question Review:
- Static Security Questions: If the website prompts a static security question, confirm that the correct question and answer are entered in the fields labeled “Username2” and “Password2” via the Console/Dashboard.
- Dynamic Security Questions: If the security question changes on each login attempt, understand that our system cannot handle dynamic security questions automatically. In such cases, either remove the security questions from the website or upload the bills manually via the Files module.
-
URL Validation: Make sure the correct URL is being used (Incorrect URLs may cause login issues). If the URL is incorrect, please contact support to map the correct URL.
-
Website Availability: Verify that the provider’s website is operational and not undergoing maintenance or experiencing technical difficulties (e.g., MFA, Cloudflare, security questions).
Completing these checks helps address common problems, reducing the need for formal queries and expediting the resolution process. If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to reach out.
