How to update username2 and password2 for security questions

You can update these credentials either via the Dashboard or the API.

Steps to Update Credential ID via Dashboard

1. Access the Bulk Upload Feature:

   • Navigate to the Credentials tab in the Dashboard.
   • Click Add Credentials and choose Bulk Upload Credentials from a File.

1. Download and Edit the Template:

   • Download the credentials.csv template.
   • Locate the column named credentialId in the file.
   • Enter the Credential ID and update the username2 and password2 fields with the respective security question and answer values.
   • Leave any field blank if you want to retain its existing value.

2. Upload and Review:

   • Save the updated credentials.csv file.
   • Use the Bulk Upload feature to upload the file.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to address any warnings or errors.
