What you will need to be successful
- Your PGE account number
- Access to the phone number you have on your account
- Acess to the email that you will use for your Re-Registration
Note: You may need access to the email that is currently on your Online Profile for
verification
Let’s Get started
- You will first be asked to enter your Online Username and Password
- Next you will receive a greeting and from there you will click on “Ok, I’m Ready!” to proceed
STEP 1
- This will list out the last 4 digits of the phone numbers that we have listed under your name
- Enter the one that you would like to send the confirmation code to
- Select which method you would like to receive the code
- SMS Text
- Phone call
STEP 2
- Enter the confirmation code you received from the phone you selected
- Click on Confirm
STEP 3
- Here you will enter your email address
Note: This will be your new Username - We will send you a Confirmation email with a link
STEP 4
- Double check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not see the email
NOTE: If you do not complete the verification email
STEP 5
- Once you receive the Verification Email, Click on “Confirm My Email Address”
- This will take you to a new window
NOTE: It will be your default browser which may not be the same as the one you started with
Step 6
- Lastly you will create your new password
- You will also need to accept PGE’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
