What you will need to be successful
Name, Phone Number, and Email of the person you want to add
Note: The Invitee will need to complete the invitation that will be sent to them. Step 7 has an example of the email invitation
Let’s Get started
You will first need to log into your account online
Step 1
In the Top Right hand Corner you will first click on your name and then click on Settings
Step 2
- Click on “Accounts” at the top
- Select the account that you would like to manage
NOTE: This page will show all the accounts that you have access to
Step 3
Click on “Manage Access”
NOTE: This is also the same page where you can set Nicknames for each account
Step 4
Click on “Give Account Access”
NOTE: This page will also display anyone that you have given access to. This will also show you the access that you have given as well as if you want to remove the person.
Step 5
Here you will input the information of the person you are wanting to grant access to as well as the level of access they will have. To give access to Arcadia, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for the information you need to input in this form.
Step 5 Continued
- By selecting that you are adding a Direct Employee or Someone outside the company will give you a list of options for the level of access that you will grant
- You will then click on “Send Invitation”
This will send an email invitation to the Invitee
Note: The Invitee will need to complete the invitation prior to gaining access to the account
Step 6
You will be taken to a Confirmation Screen that invitation has been sent
NOTE: The invitation is only valid for 7 days. If the Invitee does not complete within the time frame, you will need to send another request.
Step 7
- The Invitee will be sent an email, in which they will need to click on the Accept Invitation link
- This will take the Invitee to our website to either complete registration of their own online access or login into their online account
