Method 1:
Ask the customer to clear cached data and try logging in again

Method 2:
Provide the customer with proper URL of console/dashboard

Raise Product ticket regarding the customer Query or ask this in slack channel #ask-team-plat-plug-utility-cloud to get insights and assistance in resolving the customer query
