How does the system determine start and end dates when multiple or no service periods are listed on an invoice?
If an invoice contains multiple service periods or does not explicitly mention service period details, the system determines the statement-level dates by selecting the earliest available date as the start date and the latest available date as the end date.
Example: If an invoice includes service periods of January 1–15, 2024; February 1–28, 2024; and March 1–10, 2024, the system assigns January 1, 2024 as the start date and March 10, 2024 as the end date.
